Mitchell is a seasoned fundraising strategist and operations leader with over a decade of experience spanning nonprofit development, marketing, technology, and finance. Prior to Invictus, Mitchell led marketing at Revv and WinRed, one of the nation’s top digital fundraising platforms. He also held multiple leadership roles at The Heritage Foundation, including overseeing the membership and direct response program that generated more than $30 million annually, and managing financial planning and analysis for the organization. Mitchell holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Business Administration from Christian Brothers University. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife, son, and dog.
